I’m an opera singer turned indie folk singer-songwriter. As a full-time performance artist, I am often asked by other hobby musicians,
“How can I turn music into my job?”
Despite having two degrees in vocal performance, singing around the world, and self-producing an entire debut album, it took me ten years to move past my fears and finally become a full-time freelance musician.
